You will understand what food is, how it works FOR you, not against you. When you take the emotional attachment out of eating, then you can realize what food can DO FOR YOU.

Health

Coach Jamie works to first establish a healthy inside. Most people’s goals are to lose weight, BUT your health is number one. The point of eating high quality foods is to become healthy. The blood markers that doctors always push us to get, food has a 100% impact on those numbers. They tell us what’s going on inside of us.

Weight Loss

JustFit Health is focused on positive weight loss, which is slow and controlled. Losing fat is HARD, it takes time, dedication and determination. It can be a slow process but there are ZERO shortcuts in my plans, which sets clients up for success in the long run.

Quick fixes are not sustainable and you don’t learn anything from them.
