Kitchen Makeover (4-5 hr)

  • A full (virtual/in-person) survey your kitchen to make sure it is fully equipped to take on your new eating plan with success.

  • We will go over what high quality foods vs low quality foods look like.

  • We will look at the best options for food storage and make sure you have the appliances that will make food prep easy and fast as possible.

  • Education on why certain foods shouldn’t be in the kitchen and how to replace them. We will discuss sugar, trans fats, artificial ingredients and processed foods.

  • Focus on making a grocery shopping list from your food list and customized plan.

  • An in person or virtual trip to the grocery store where I will show you how to read labels, the tricks to finding the superfoods, non traditional items and how to shop on the “outskirts” of the store.

  • A guide to getting what you need and not spending your whole afternoon in the store.
