Jamie Justin started JustFit Health in 2014.
“After all the ups and downs I went through while training for figure competitions I had to establish a healthy way of eating.”
That is where JustFit Health began.
Now, Coach Jamie is working to grow and expand her programming to a universal level to help more people escape the fad dieting cycle and create a structured plan that becomes a lifestyle NOT a diet.

“All I knew how to do for myself was what I had done for the past ten years of yo-yo dieting for shows. This type of eating was very specific but it also gave me a good insight to how others felt about nutrition and being lost. Through some trial and error, I figured out my path and what worked best for me. At that point I knew I wanted to help others do the same.”

About Coach Jamie Justin
Jamie is originally from Wayne, Michigain. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and is also certified in CrossFit L1 & L2, Gymnastics, and Powerlifting. She has spent over 25 years in the fitness industry not only as a coach but also a competitor.
Her interests in Personal Training and Nutrition have led her to a multitude of growth experiences as a coach. Jamie prides herself on understanding the experience that many athletes go through as she has experienced many of them herself. She spent 8 years as a CrossFit Athlete, and 10+ years as a State and National Level Figure Competitor.
Her experience ranges from track/running, bodybuilding, CrossFit, strength and conditioning, plyometrics/explosive training, calisthenics & interval training. This experience has led her to work with a multitude of different athletes on a group and individual level. She has specialized with Sport Specific athletes as well, even dabbling in coaching persons for SWAT testing.
As a nutritionist, Jamie’s personal experience includes everyday healthy eating, paleo, keto, carb cycling & high carb-low fat and raw-vegan. She has worked with a multitude of clients to reshape not only their home space but also their mindset in reaching a new nutritional goal.
Aside from all of her programs, Jamie also loves her plants and her cats! She understands the balance of a healthy lifestyle paired with things she loves in life. Which means every now and then she enjoys a large midnight bowl of cereal.
